ToolTip
Views a ToolTip text for a component. ToolTip is a white text box, that is displayed when the
cursor is resting on a component for a certain time. When the cursor leaves the component, the
textbox is removed. In 'Text' the tooltip text is usually specified. If the text is to be
modified, you can connect it to a string attribute by specifying the string attribute in 'Text'
with the prefix '&', for example
