 Tan calculates the tangent of the input, where the input is given
 in radians.
 The output ActVal is calculated as

 ActVal = FactorVal * tan( FactorIn * In)


RtBody attributes pwr_sClass_Tan
Float32 in in Input in radians.
Float32 FactorIn   Factor multiplied with the input before calculating the tangent
value. If the input value is in degrees, this value should be
180 / PI.
Float32 FactorVal   Factor multiplied with the calculated tangent value.
Float32 ActVal Val Output value (FactorVal * tan( FactorIn * In)
